"Gravity Music Library" Production Music

Has anyone ever listened to production music? It's music that's used for commercials and tv shows etc. I don't think you can buy it but I did find a website where you can listen to some songs and one company I found "Gravity Music Library" sounds AMAZING! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you guys listen to it here's the link to the site - Albums | Miles of Music

I think there's 73 albums (starts with NSGRAV-1001 ends with NSGRAV-2006) in total great electronica sound, but their not a ONE GENRE company they have rock, dance, pop, indie, ambient etc. etc. But I would say that they mostly have electronica sounding music.....here's a couple of Albums/Songs I recommend - ✰stars indicate VERY VERY AWESOME SONGS -

Is this the company that like tv shows use if they want a random song to put behind like say a montage or something and they don't have to get permission from an artist.

In the video some of the songs I mentioned are in it. At the 1:01 minute of the video the song "Overstimulated" can be heard (a great Drum ‘N Bass song) then at minute 1:38 "Aquatica" AGAIN is used. And finally at 3:17 of the video the song "Raunch" is used.
