I find it amazing how many different groups there are in so many genre's. Can't listen to them all lol. I sometimes take groups listed in places like this and try out their music. Found a lot of good tunes this way.

mashypie 12-05-2016 01:38 PM

Tyken - Every Word
Sash - Encore un fois +/- Stunt - Raindrops

There are very few I can actually listen to over and over again, but I think these are tunes that always get my attention when they come on, they are tunes I'll often flip back to the beginning when they have finished - and its not often that happens

I actually spent a good amount of time trying to track down an audio version of that video cause it's not only the best version of that song but possibly the best TG song ever. Finally found it though. Genesis P. Orridge should have screamed more on record.

For some reason I never think about that until about 12 hours later.

I'd never commit to one musically, I have far to many favourites

If someone said, go live on an island, you can take one piece of music with you to listen to over and over again - I'd tell them to go stuff their island

This says a lot about you. Why can't you people just go along with it? Why can't you just name a ****ing band or artist you really love? Is it that hard? Why you gotta be a buzzkill?

mashypie 12-13-2016 05:51 PM

It's just the way it is

Calling people buzzkills is a rather buzzkill move. I've got my eye on you, party pooper.

Then you get a copy of Now That's What I Call Music from an arbitrary year.

Onlymac 12-15-2016 03:45 PM

Everyone has there own fav's or not, Some don't have any one favorite. So be it.. I guess mine changes occasionally.. I got back and forth with the genre's on a weekly bases. As for the island, that is a hard one for me to answer as well.

mashypie 12-15-2016 05:43 PM

Sorry about that

To be fair (to me) the thread opener isn't 'What is your overall favourite tune?'

And hopefully I can add a link to this, but something I can't stop listening to at the moment is this. I even think it's better than the original

3 Steps Ahead - Drop it

Clearly unable to embed just yet!

Onlymac 12-16-2016 04:47 PM

Yea, waiting for 15 posts is a pain lol.. Interesting song,

Dude111 09-14-2017 01:44 AM

Songs on Rushs 1981 concert EXIT STAGE LEFT I could listen over and over as they sound absolutely gorgeous :)

I have it on the records and 8 trackandto be honest I think the 8 track sounds better.. The vocals are quite hard to hear on the record..Quite low..... Much better on the 8 track.... And I love how they didnt split any songs!! (I think is the longest 8 track I hae now... 20:16 each track)
