I just find it funny you treated it like you know the whole situation and pin it on bush, do you honestly think bush is in 100% control and what he suggests doesn't go through anyone it just happens? Because that would be pretty ignorant of you.

Actually 9/11 was why we started to focus more and more on terrorism not go to Iraq. And I'm not defending him but who do you think he has to get to approve things for them to be done?
