It is ! Theres even a clue in my username. Its 'Mirrorball' by Neil Young (With Pearl Jam) from 1995 & stands out as one of my favourite albums of all time.
I was originally gonna change it to 'Ragged Glory' but thought it was suitable for my username. Also its the biggest cover size I could find on google images.
Ill change it just now and see how it looks.

EDIT: Before You ask yes, I am pretty much obsessed with Neil Young albums.

Dont ask why but I always keep thinking of Seal (the artist) when I see your avatar.

Sorry if this either embarasses you or causes you to change it promptly but I think that Seal is a very talented artist & an excellent vocalist.
