damn it how the hell do you save it!!!!, im retarded when it comes to computers and figure out how to save the damn pic!!!

Ok open up paint!Then cut everything out cept for the pic!in other words erase everything but the pic!it may take a while but its worth it!When youve done that move it to the top left hand corner as close as you can without cutting it off!And make it to were none of the white is shwoing around the pic!No save as a pic and go here

Click browse and click on the picture you made!Now hit upload imgae!Then copy and paste the link that says for messgae borads and forums

Try right clicking on the finished character and than click the adobe flash player 9 and from their it should be smooth sailing
