Well tbh I haven't paid much attention to Nickelback if any and probably wouldn't be able to name a song of theirs even if I was on a game-show and could win a million dollars if asked to name a Nickelback song - I don't think I could. And since I don't pay much attention to them I wouldn't know what Chad's mannerisms are to be stolen. I think it is highly unlike Paul would do that, since he is more set in his ways.
Another thing Paul sings and plays bass, piano, guitar and mandolin. And Chad just plays guitar and sings, seem like Paul has out done Chad musically and talent-wise with his musical instrument knowledge.

You've crossed a line. I'll be watching you.

Yes, Santana also did a song with Chad, the master himself and Chad taught Carlos on finger grip techniques for how to hold the guitar in a proper manner and how to move your fingers faster on the fret board, Chad has written up every solo for Mr. Santana ever since they crossed paths. Carlos owes a great debt to Chad Kroeger.

Did you even listen to the video? I wish you did, so at least you could point out what parts of Santana's solo was Chad influenced.

I think Kurt Cobain was influenced by Chad's blonde locks.

New Metallica is definitely influenced by Nickleback, I'll give you that one. I can't even tell the difference to be honest.

Well, we all know that Metallica have been watching Nickelback for the past ten to twelve years now. James Hetfield should just re name "Death Magnetic" to 'Silver Side Up' and get it over, and done with..as far as I'm concerned, Kirk got all of those 'solos' from Chad's secret guitar riff collection. You're welcome.

Thank you.

Every single band..today, is easily influenced by Nickelback. It's obvious as daylight in the clear and blue skies..

Wow. You apparently are too much of a dimwit troll to realize what a total BURN that was.

Well played MB

Nea, you have to go with the facts on this one..Paul McCartney is near 70 years old, he is close to being in a retirement home, and he needs help, so he looks to Nickleback for inspiration, just as other artists do.

Paul, you are just jealous that I'M becoming somewhat of a father figure on these forums while you will forever be stuck in the pit known as mediocrity. MB was saying that he can't tell the difference due to Metallica being heavily influenced from Nickleback. Every lyric, every guitar chord etc. Death Magnetic was just a blatant rip off of Silver Side Up. No worries.
