House was good for the first 3 seasons, then it all got out of its course. A lot of side stories that don't bring a thing to the series, and after watching the same repetitive episodes for 3 years, it just becomes boring.

15 easy steps to make a House episode:

01- One liar blacks out.
02- House, nonchalantly makes fun of the patient, and then tells his team to give him bla mL of blablah.
03- The patient seems to be getting better, but then OH NO! blacks out again.
04- House arrogantly says something, and then tells the team to make some tests.
05- Team against House.
06- House blackmail team.
07- Team does what House wants.
08- They find out the problem, and begin a new treatment.
09- The treatment doesn't seem to work, and the patient is collapsing.
10- House, looks at something irrelevant, makes a weird face, and goes somewhere.
11- House barks orders and open the lying bastard patient's secrets all wide open.
12- Some cool effect that shows us how everything happened in the ugly guy's body.
13- Patient, in sorrow and regret.
14- House laughs in his face.
15- House depressed in his apartment, pops up a pill.

True. Lupus is always a threat.
Though it always makes me chuckle as I remember George Custanza's panic attack thinking the white spot on his face is Lupus and that he's gonna die in a couple of days.
