LucasArts Adventure games.

I found my original copy of Grim Fandango (god bless my mom for not throwing it out when I moved out) and started playing it last night. Holy **** I forgot how amazing this game is, artistically it's my favorite style (calaca figures), the story is well told, the dialogue is well written and genuinely funny, the characters are well defined, and the puzzles are challenging but not to the point that I have to consult gamefaqs which leaves me with a smug feeling. If I can find it I'm going to bust out the ol' Curse of Monkey Island and totally rock the retro gaming this week. It's sad that Lucas Arts decided to axe this section in favor of fondling George Lucas for the rest of his life. This webcomic basically sums up my feelings on Lucasarts.
