Just a reminder before we get all official and democratic about who's up for punishments and whatnot - when someone gets moderated, whatever they got moderated for is most likely deleted by the mod doing the moderatin'. That means that if a member ever does anything banworthy, most other members probably aren't going to know exactly what it is they did. In theory, a member you think has an immaculate post history could have 100 deleted posts where he was a douche. Of course, that's an exaggerated example, but it's likely that the average member won't know about every negative thing other members do.
