lol, I havent actually listened to Madness in ages up until last night. You should also check out The Specials & The Beat, to name a few.

EDIT: Selector is also a good listen.

And if you're looking for the Beat you should be aware that on their US releases they're known as the English Beat.

Well since I'm already here-----
Philadelphia: Would love to try their Philly cheese steak sandwiches, never have. Don't like their baseball team because they are pretty good. They make some great cream cheese, though I hink the Wal-Mart brand is just as good. Been there once but just in the airport, but can't really remmeber the airport even. So all in all I give Philidelphia a 9.5/10 because they are a very contributing city to the country. The .5 was taken off because of the baseball team.

edit: Oh, bout forgot about Rocky Balboa! I so want to run up the steps tooooo!!!!
