It's not that uncommon to only be attracted to people you're romantically interested in, is it?

No dude, you are lucky. You are able to have friendships with girls without your sex drive getting in the way

I say, good for you. You can have a solid friendship with women.

Well, to be honest... I don't think you have to be asexual for that.
I have a lot of friendships with women.
All of them I find sexually attractive. All of them know.
Some of them think the same about me, some of them don't.
Yes I'd like to have sex with them but yes I can control myself as either they have a boyfriend or they are my ex :D.
I mean... I'm definitely not asexual but I can control myself. At least physically. Sometimes it's hard to stay polite when talking :D

Hmmm, some people have this, yes. Both guys 'n girls.
Another case I know is that of a girl who lost interest in other guys during her relationship. In the beginning she was (obviously, cough) interested in other guys, but she slowly lost interest in others. And I have to say, her boyfriend is a very nice guy, she should be happy with him. I sort of miss the conversations we had but hey...
And then there's another friend of mine who doesn't even hug anyone but her lover. Not even when she's not in a relationship.

I have a lot of good friendships with men and I find them all attractive too. But I don't really act on it unless I think there might be something there. I'm in a relationship now though so nothing's going to happen with those guys :)

s_k 05-20-2011 05:26 PM

Exactly. I mean, I like to make clear to the girls that I'm friends with what I think about them.
Sometimes I just like them a lot, but wouldn't mind having sex with them.
Sometimes I'm madly in love. I never ever once shocked one of them so badly they stopped having contact with me.
I guess I can get away with these things somehow.
Come to think of it, I lose a good friend now and then. For... whatever reason.
But I've never really lost any female friends.
Just one ex. We're good, but we don't have a lot of contact.

At this point there's one girl who feels absolutely the same as I do, but she has a boyfriend. Ah well :).
I'll be spending a day with her on the 13th of june.
We'll see how that feels. I don't see her regularly, I mainly talk to her via the internet and the phone as she lives quite far away. Last time I saw her was august 2010. She only admitted her feelings for me after that, so let's see if it's the same when we spend a day together. We've never been alone together. I guess it's going to be great though.
It's really cute, she's really giggly and nervous when we're on the phone. Adorable :).
Not planning to try anything though. She's happy with the guy and he's really a very nice person. It's impossible to dislike him.

Nope, seems like it's time to meet new girls as the ones I know are all taken for now :D.

My gay friend plays with my boobs sometimes...

On one hand, human sexuality is complicated and most people experience at least some attraction to both sexes even if it's to a very small extent.

On the other hand, it is hilarious.

You can be asexual and still be attracted to a certain sex.

Well I can honestly admit that I have no female friends I wouldn't want sex with.
It's not like it's some sort of target, I'm fine with not having sex with them (except for my ex, that's quite frustrating sometimes) but I wouldn't mind. I love them all and they all look very nice if you ask me. So why wouldn't I want to have sex with them?

But men... Nah, really not interested at all I'm afraid. Not the tiniest bit.
I even don't like them sitting close to me.

Well there's one thing I have in common with your gay friend, and this is not a hint; You can let me play with your boobs very safely. I really don't care. To me it's the same as massaging your back. No wait, that's even more interesting.
Things are different when it does turn you on. Obviously I like it when a girl gets turned on. But the boobs themselves, naah.

Queen Boo 05-20-2011 05:40 PM

What about a very feminine male or a trans?

And thanks all the same but I don't care for a bosom massage bro.

s_k 05-20-2011 05:46 PM

Haha, just using you an example :).
Wasn't planning on giving you one anytime soon.

Not sure about the trans, probably if she was very convincing.
Altough I think I'd rather have a realy girl with a dick (like an hermaphrodite or something) than an ex-guy :D. I'm not sure which is more female. But I have more problems with the male face and body than with the dick itself.
