I enjoy lots of colors. Except pastels, and anything with a lot of white in it. I prefer warm hues (except yellow), but I'm okay with cool hues. I only really like them when they're really light and airy, or mixed with warm colors.

So do you like bolder colours then? I certainly do. I don't know why people wear drab dark colours in winter over here, that's the time you should be colourful to cheer yourself up.

lol you are doing it wrong :P

Colorful attire is for spring and summer months. Dark colors fit better in the winter and fall. I don't like to use darker colors in the fall though it's still a transitional period and I play with colors a bit more still but mostly warm colors even though not too much a fan of them it makes sense.

We must think in opposites! I don't want to be bland in winter. I love my bright red trench coat, my yellow cardigan and my white and black stripped jacket. Bold to me is beautiful. Also tartan is tots awesome, I have a mini skirt and a red tartan jacket which look fab (not together of course).

Wait so in the summer months you tend to wear darker colors? Dark colors that absorb the heat?

I wear multicoloured all year round. Seasons don't affect what I wear other than the number of layers. I wear black, white, and red when I want to look professional.

hmmm okay.

The bolded is a good idea but the reason seasons affect my color choices is because I rather wear bright light colors during the summer so the heat doesn't bog me down as much as wearing darker colors and darker colors with layers in the colder months to keep that lovely warmth in.

I see what you're saying, I'm not sure black retains heat when there's no heat to start with though?

That's such a cute emoticon!

Yes it can get really cold down South! In Auckland it's not so bad, but we are in the middle of winter in nearly constant rain and I'm going out in a miniskirt, ugg boots and a wool coat. Totally silly I know.

I'm just half-joking, when I lived in Auckland the climate was actually a lot hotter than my hometown of Melbourne in Australia, which has some random hot days but it generally known as being cold and miserable most of the time :D I find Auckland quite warm and sunny!
