Depends. Longest unbroken trip was from St. Louis to Amarillo a few years ago, but I was moving from Michigan to California at the time, so that whole trip could be my answer.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but I've slept over 24 hours. Not straight, but I didn't get out of bed or do anything except go to the bathroom and fall back asleep. Teen depression at it's finest, lol.
