I can understand this with the second two books to a degree, as half of each of them is taken up largely with war prep that can come across as dry. But you gotta give it up to Fellowship. Pure imaginative adventure, culminating in Lothlorien, my fav section of the book, and one of my fav pure fantasy moments in literature.

My main gripe with the LOTR novels is that I find them to be incredibly poorly written. Plot wise they're great, but in terms of prose it fails on all levels.

@Blaro I'll use my trusty flamethrower.

How would you want to die if you had the choice?

I would absolutely love to. Sign me up. Delete the pain of unpleasant memories and give me only the understanding of how incredible I am now.

Have you ever honestly considered killing another human being?

It is a great novel.

I've wanted to strangle a few people before, yes. Would I ever actually plan it out and consider it? Probably not.

Best compliment you've ever received?

A girl once told me I looked like Danial Craig. It's completely untrue, but there you go.

What's the most unusual trait of your physical appearance?

The bottom of my ears are curled up a bit, and I've been told my big toes are freakishly big.

Nerdiest thing you've ever done?

Waited in line for the last three Harry Potter book releases.

What's your first memory?

Don't know. Either coloring something in my grandmother's house, or picking up poop that I'd left on the carpet in my mother's apartment.

If you could be a cyborg, would you?

Batlord can be kind of a buzz kill when he puts the one liners on hold to rant for half an essay.

If you owned a theme park, what would be the theme?
