I'm answering this anyway. I had one where I was hanging outside of a 7/11. This man passed us walking his dog, got in his car with his dog outside the drivers door, leash caught in the door. Dude starts backing up and I run over and yell "DUDE! YOUR DOG IS CAUGHT OUTSIDE!" He looks straight at me and says "I know" with the coldest eyes and then pins the gas pedals and drags his dog to his death as he disappears down the road. The was a bad one
