Depends on the microwave and the popcorn I guess. I usually just take it out once the popping goes down to about once ever five seconds (that's a very vague guess as it's all about judgement calls). But don't take it out just because it starts smelling a bit burnt, cause I find that the popcorn will be perfectly fine even then. Just wait till the popcorn sounds like it's almost done popping, but before it stops completely, even if you smell some burning beforehand.

Incidentally, I think you'd be better with a longer list, get people eliminated like with Batty's and William's "Survivor" threads. I mean, what happens after there's only one person left? Start again? How do you choose who to put in the list? Are people meant to give reasons why someone is eliminated, and will they take responsibility when a member who shall not be named but is definitely not me, but has been nominated, blows his own brains out at the cruelty of his fellow forum members? Do you want that on your conscience, MB community ? Huh? Do ya? Who said yes....?

In defense of Yac, he's a hired gun who isn't here to be a contributing member of a music forum. The fact that he posts at all and inserts himself into the community to the extent that he does is pretty awesome. All the other admins may as well be robot overseers.
