Chess. It's probably the greatest board game of all time. Anyone here like it?

I'm registered on chess.com (as toretorden) and am game of course if anyone would like a game there. Or we could even just do one here in this thread. :)

Tried doing this with Chula a couple weeks ago and we found it difficult to get a game in. I'm down to play some games during plug sessions.

Got a good game going on with Plank but could use more.

Missed the option to do a rematch with you and now I can't figure out how to start another game with anything but friends on the stupid phone app (don't have a computer atm). If you accept my friends request, I can start a match or you could invite me to one :-)

Jeez Tore, that was one of the most frustrating games I've ever played. You rendered my bishop basically useless by staying off of white squares. Great playing sir.

Damn. Chula's had me on the ropes from the get go. I just made a stupid move, and it's only a matter of time until I'm done.

Won the last match against Chula, but it was pretty horrid for both of us. I made a big mistake which should have cost me the game, but then Chula did more or less the same thing, allowing me to make use of the "en passant" rule to my advantage.

Totally screwed my advantage and probably gave you the match since you have a better endgame than me.

Chula vs Tore - 8 games played.

We each have 4 wins and 4 losses. Some pretty epic stuff with a few horrid moves mixed in for both of us.

I love chess. I'm not very good at it, but, yeah, it's brilliant.
