After kinda falling in love with Kill La Kill and Log Horizon I guess I'm on an anime kick now. So I just started Hunter x Hunter, and it's fun as ****. Like one of those old school adventure shows like the original Dragonball when it was still about adventuring and not energy blasts and super saiyans.

I'm starting to remember why I loved anime so much when I was younger.

Hunter x Hunter is all about fun and frolic at first, but it gets kinda grim later. But it also constantly gets better.

I used to love Ronin Warriors so much. I was just scanning through the list and was like WTF why isn't it up there.

I'm not a huge Gundam fan or anything, but it's still weird that nobody has nominated even one Gundam series. Till now. The first series at least is actually a pretty awesome space opera. I hear the second series is even better, so I'm trying to make my way through the 50 goddamn episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam to get to it.
