I love it when localization companies are given anime so shitty that rather than try to legitimately dub them, they just say fuck it and give the voice actors free reign to say whatever the fuck they want.

I haven't watched the clips but aren't those just fan made dubs. It is usually fan made dubs that have silly sayings and things in them.

Nope. Those are legit voice actors hired by a legit studio doing a legit dub. They just decided to **** around for some reason.
