Had three today and all three have been excellent. Two is the norm for me however.

Depends on how much cheese I eat

Dropped a beauty last night.

Once I day unless I eat too much ****ty food that gives me the runs

I wait until it's large enough to tear my rectum.

That happened to me in 2018 and I felt the tear. My word it was painful. Dabbed my bumhole with tissue to catch the little droplets of blood. From what I remember the next day or two weren't great for pooping.

It helps to avoid fluids if that’s your goal

I poop a lot but in smaller amounts throughout the day.
