If you were allowed to only own one CD...
What would it be?
This is like the toughest question ever. I think I would pick Binary Star's Waterworld. You? |
thrice "Identity Crisis"
I'd have to go with that. |
Anti-Flag's The Terror State
|
thats a good cd...haha, there are so many....id hide a couple other cd's in the one cd case
|
The new Anti-Flag rocks, but actually I buy a mega cd for 50 bucks that can store 24 hours of music, and download off of kazaa all my favorite bands... woo hoo
|
i'd take anything techno

Why on earth did you ever join a music forum? Your answer is so vague as to indicate you couldn't really give a f**k what you listened to!! What a worthless and meaningless post that really was. There got that out of my system. |
I feel the only option for me here is to cheat, so I say my one CD would be a compilation of (proper) ska, punk, soul, reggae, rocksteady, smooth tracks and the like.
|
Rage Against the Machine - "Battle of Los Angeles"
|
my mix CD.. of all the songs I like..
that way, i'm happy |
i was gunna say a mix...
Thrice identity crisis |
Either Alkaline Trio - S/T or Biggie - Life After Death
|
Assuming I'm not allowed a mix CD I made myself it would have to be the Chilis greatest hits.
You see I could not live without Scar Tissue but equally could not live without Under the Bridge and Give It Away. F*ck I'd miss my other Chilis, Beatles, James, Travis and Radiohead albums something chronic though. :ar_15s: |
id have to sya Bon Jvi - crossroads
|
Maybe even Warped Tour 2003 stage one
|
AFI- sing the sorrow!!! YAY
|
Tool - Lateralus or Alice in Chains - Jars of Flies
|
Assuming no mix cds aloud...
I would rather kill myself. |
Blink 182 "The Tom Mark And Travis Show"
|
id rip everything i owned onto mp3 & not bother with cds.
SUCK ON THAT, BITCHES. *runs gleefully* |
Sonic Youth - Daydream Nation
|
RHCP - Blood Sugar Sex Magik

Well this question is an inverted way of asking what the greatest CD ever is. Which is boring. Even the best CD ever is going to get old real fast. We have CD's we could "listen to forever" because we don't have to. I have yet to find a CD from one artist that actually sounds like a mix CD but I suppose I'd take Wait's "Rain Dogs." Its not even my favorite but its got about 5 to 12 diffrent genres on it. I'd miss my anthemaic stadium rock, and my driving metal and techno, but I'd "live" with just Rain Dogs. If I was picking soemthing fun and colorful, maybe Queens of the Stone Age "R" |

It would either be a Cursive CD or a MSI CD
|
Queens of the stone age - lullabies to paralyze
It's not the best cd I own. But I'll never get sick of non-stop listening to it. |

Karen Hegarty - No Lullaby
Absolutely the only album that could get me through. |
actually a decent bumped thread.
I really can't narrow it down but I have yet to tire of Gojira's - From Mars To Sirius. And I've listened through it AT LEAST 60-70 times. |
pink floyd - the wall
|
Tool-Undertow because I'm a predictable fanboy.
|
"Mary Lowe - Jazz Diva"
|

God I dunno. Ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I think a mixed cd of all my favorite Blind Guardian Songs. If I cannot burn a cd with the same artist I'd go with BG's "Nightfall in Middle Earth"
EDIT: Or "Tommy" by The Who. |
I've changed my mind, i'm stealing his second answer ^ that or combat rock by the clash no wait....grrr....yeah one of those, i'll narrow it down eventually.
|
Nirvana-Nevermind

Either Tool's Lateralus/Salival or King Crimsons ITCOTCK, or possibly even something by Colour Haze.
I'd love to call on an album like Bullhead, but without any other albums to compliment or contrast it, I know I'd probably get pretty bored pretty quick, an album with a bit of variety sounds good to me. |
