Fm vs spotify

What advantages do FM radio stations in the u.s. have over online radio/music streaming services such as Spotify, Apple, bandcamp, ect… and vice versa? Between FM radio and these online services, which will work more with billboard charts? Which of the two will play more singles from more albums from popular music artists? Hip hop, rock, country, latin, ect... how do both differ from each other/or are the same if we were to cross reference each other?

I prefer Spotify because I listen to only those songs I like.
As for FM, I listen to it, but sometimes it takes time to find something good.
