Green Day vs. Oasis
 

It's pretty clear Oasis is the much better band of the two, although all the hoopla over American Idiot would say differently. I'm thinking Green Day and the album are both overrated. Oasis is the greatest band of the 90's, not just out of Britain. Although I'm sure Americans will disagree.

Threads like this suck it all depends on personal preference and it really accomplishes nothing except band b being better like than band c.They have very different styles how can you even compare the two? It also doesnt matter cause neither of them are that great.

Generlizing one race just cause green days an american band.Hardly anyone on this forum likes green day the one person i know of that does isn't even american.

I think he was implying more that Oasis sell about 3 albums a year in the US

if you actually gave any Oasis cd a good listen you'rer eyes'll be opened. just coz an Oasis single hasn't hit number 1 on yer top 40 ****e doesn'tr mean anything. there i no doubt the sound of oasis has changed, but it's a good listen.
