Duh the vocals are going to be different. And they're terrible. And exchanging a guitar solo for speak and spell changes a song pretty drastically.

You're going to have to explain to me how Bob Dylan is overrated. He's been putting out good music since 1962. Your parents were probably still ****ting in diapers.

Dylan is a talented lyricist, but c'mon you can't deny he gets to much hype. It happens with alot of classic rock aritsts. He just isn't as great as made out to be.

That was a few days ago...

Hey I think you're missing a bandwagon driving by! Better jump on quickly.

Have you been listening to Highway 61, or Blonde on Blonde, or Freewheelin' or Blood On The Tracks or Bringing It All Back Home lately? Your opinion of Dylan changed like night to day.

I said hes "not the amazing genius writing everyone makes them out to be."
I didn't say "his lyrics are utter crap and hes an untalented writer" did i?
Yeah, i stand by him being talented, I also stand by him being overated and his lyrics having the crap hyped out of them.
Don't take what i say out of context.

You obviously don't know what taking words out of context means. I copied your post and pasted it... What I did is called quoting. Taking words out of context is a completely different thing.

Any one of your elementary teachers could teach you the difference, you just have to ask. Go into class tomorrow and ask your teacher what the difference between quoting and taking words out of context is.

Yes, but you making it out like i said his lyrics suck and trying to make me look like a hypocrite there. When as i explained that wasn't hypocritical of me at all.

So then you don't know the difference between quoting and taking words out of context. End of argument.

By the way, I wasn't trying to make you look like a hypocrite. Why do you keep using words you don't know the meaning to?

If you say you like something one day, and you dislike it the next, that's not hypocritical, that's what we call the John Kerry flip-flop.

Ugh please don't use words you don't know the meaning of, especially when you're dealing with someone who has a college degree in English.

I admitted i was wrong when i said yes. Do you have to turn around and make yourself feel better by making a condescending remark? Way to be an ass hole.

EDIT: Once again, the statements don't contradict eachother jerk, and i believe "Oh, so you completely changed your opinion?" in otherwords saying one thing and saying another somewhere else is being hypocritical.

An act or instance of such falseness.
Instance falseness, meaning changing my opinion immdietly (lying) to help me. Unless having a degree in english gives you the right to change the dictionary?

Black_Jack_Davey 01-10-2006 07:10 PM

I'm not trying to be an *******. I'm pointing out your misuse of words.

Use this as a general rule: if you don't know the meaning of a word, then don't use it. Because someone who knows the meaning of that word is guaranteed to call you on your obvious misuse.
