My "favorites" change constantly, but a few I consistantly have liked are:
Cult of Personality - Living Colour
Aqueous Transmission - Incubus
Nessun Dorma - Three Tenors (I think it was actually Placido Domingo singing)
For Those About to Rock - AC/DC
