uTorrent is what I use, it's easy to use and runs in the background nicely.

It doesn't hog my computer's resources, so I can do other stuff while I have downloads going without my other stuff lagging/slowing down.

I think he means that uTorrent is a very small program that doesn't hog a lot of resources.
I use it, and the speeds are phenomenal, plus the option modifications are all there. It's a tiny program but it does as much as anything else you can get.
