Thanks for the History lesson. I already knew all of this lol, I was just talking in general to the mainstream FACE of alternative and that is white lol.

If you were calling me an oreo, that's just not fair. Why would it be a problem if I wanted to venture outside of my own genre and listen and enjoy something you like to listen and enjoy? That's like saying I can't wear abercrombie and fitch(which I don't), or I can't talk proper, or any other stereotypical mold I'm suppose to follow because I'm black.
