New Kids on the Block - Greatest Hits

Paris - Paris Hilton

I got the deluxe edition used, only a couple of dollars. I had to experience the whole thing, and the pain was pretty strong. It makes New Kids on the Block albums meaningful conceptual works.

Tricky -Blowback= Terrible

It's a nice story how I came to own this awesome piece of crap. A dancer I knew loved "Evolution Revolution Love". I'm not gonna lie I liked it. He sings this part about taking it to the mic and it really grates on my nerves. It is sad Massive Attack helped spawn this.

Thankfully, the dancer and I, just like the album, have parted ways.

Stabbing Westward - Darkest Days

This unfortunate CD has followed me for the last decade with no store taking it because they always have 10 of the bloody things.

Spin Doctors- Pocket full of kryptonite

Granted somebody left it at my house when we were partying, but I should have known better then to not take it outside and run it over with my car a few million times.

I once had a Cassette of that band...one of THE worst moments of my life in the 90's. That was made even worse by the fact that I expected it to be slightly listenable. Was I the fool!

Was it that Wither, Blister, Burn, Peel album? The one people actually know about because of that one song they heard that time and thought was kind of good.

Actually, it was the one before it, Ungod. From my memory, it was pretty generic stuff. I was more getting into music by people like Coil by then, and I just thought Stabbing Westward to be a little too dull by comparison. "Nothing" was featured in a couple of flicks from what I remember.

I remember "What do I have to Do?" from Wither...

Bad albums tend to disappear from my collection quickly, so "the worst" albums are always something I recently bought. I try to bat with a high average when making purchases, but sometimes I do get caught with a stinker. It's usually from the result of a spontaneous impulse buy.

I don't have any Elton John cds so I thought this would be a good one to have, since he's backed by an orchestra, had a good selection of songs, and I got it dirt cheap. The problem is Elton Johns' vocals...they're horrible. To my surprise, at this point in his career his vocal chords were completely shredded and as a result, Elton John can't sing to save his life on this record.

I don't think I can get any money re-selling this, so off it goes into the box in the back of the closet.
