Album of the week = August Burns Red - Thrill Seeker

Great band, great album. The Drummer is f*cking insane and the guitar work is awsome. Heavy, fast paced....definitely one of my favorite bands as of right now. My only complaint is that there are a few songs on the album that sound quite similar. Other than that though, I can't stop listening to these guys.

But maybe I don't want to finish anything anymore..
maybe I can wait in bed 'til she comes home. and whispers....

Drive By Truckers - A blessing and a curse

Much more of a straight ahead southern rock album than previous efforts, but still with gritty songwriting and subjects that most won't cover (crystal meth, anyone?)
