Haha I'm even a City fan because of them! lol

Anyway definitely a huge Oasis fan but there are many other great bands and music out in the world/history so it's worth it to join a place like this! Wouldn't be into the Burnage Boys if it wasn't for the 4 from Liverpool anywho...

Plus as I pointed out 20th Century Black American music pretty much pwns anything in the music landscape so it's fun to play that card as well hahaa

Wrong side of the City my friend. Nice to have a City fan on board though, there's 2 United fans (that I know of.) myself and right-track, happy to have a blue on board, shame you decided to come after the season has done. Here's to next year though, disappointing season for both sides of Manchester. Are you from Manchester?

I used to be the biggest Oasis fan but over time I just kind of got bored of them really, but they're the reason I had the outlook of pick up a guitar, learn 4 chords and write a song. At the time I was looking at people like Matt Bellamy playing guitar and it was just like ....I can't do this. So thanks to Oasis for that and I might rediscover my love for them at some part down the line but I'd rather listen to Revolver over Definitely Maybe any day.

Haha nah, as I pointed out I'm an American from Washington, D.C. actually. A huge City supporter out of loyalty to a band that got me into the guitar as well and English football! Double thanks on that one. Yeah shame the season is over for a while, then again after our abysmal failure to get 4th from Spurs I guess I'm glad to take a break off of the league for a while!!

The Beatles are far and away my favorite band and the best music I've ever heard so in that regard I am more loyal to a Revolver (or White Album which happens to be my favorite) than any Oasis work, then again I think songs like Don't Look Back In Anger and Live Forever have done more to get me through hard times than almost any of the Beatles songs sooooo.. there's that lol.

Then again Strawberry Fields and Let It Be got me through childhood so come on citeh!!

I'd like that song too if I knew what the hell it was about, the lyrics make no sense to me

Where did you point that out?! I hadn't noticed, well fair enough. It's usually my club that gets landed with people from abroad supporting because of the success of the club, nice to see someone supporting a club for different reasons. (Like Tom Hanks supporting Aston Villa because he thought "that sounds like a nice little place.")

Haha, losing the league by 1 point. Brutal. All because Berbatov can't score goals.

Oh yeah, definitely - as I've said before, Oasis' first two albums are soundtracks to many summers, many different times in my life. They got me through hard times when in love/lust etc. but now I just need something with another dimension to it, that was Oasis' appeal, they just had that attitude and I honestly hope one day I can return to it and I become as obsessed with them as I was a couple of years ago.

How old are you if you don't mind my asking?

We'll call it even. There are times when I can get down to The Scientist and Clocks with ease. I picked up Viva upon release and still have yet to actually finish it.

The only reason I could take Yanks in this one us for obvious yank bias. I enjoy tunes from both sides and just thankful.

Lastly, I despise the term yank. I support the southeastern states, and over here yank refers to strictly the northeast. To me, they are two totally different countries.

Rush of Blood To The Head was okay and the other one, the one with Parachutes on wasn't too bad. I haven't listened to Viva in its entirety, I started and I thought it was bad. I

I'm liked that, but my favourite bands are Brits so yeah.. loyalty + that fact = me preffering British music.
