I'd probably be listening to some form of pop, blissfully unaware of how tragic that is.

I probably would've jumped off a building or something by now if rock music were never created.

i do that when I'm rollin'! Seriously, without music we'd have developed (socially) very differently. Songs and poetry were the way to get educated back in the day. Hell, Shakespear made up words to make his writing sound better, developed alot of the English language right there.

I think its birth was unavoidable, it is a progression of music that is necessary to even stumble upon if you are experimenting with music and sounds and instruments. It is sad that "emo" is the first genre you are concerned with when here is every other one, but same thought I guess.

Listening to soul and blissfully unaware of the omission of rock from music history.
I'd be happy.

C'mon not ALL pop is bad.

Michael Jackson and Prince for example.

impossible rock music would have happened unless you can go all the way back in time to when the blues started and that never happened..

Your right. Michael Jackson, in his day, kicked major arse. I still find his old music pretty badass too.
