Album of the year so far ffs. Hearing a better album will change that status, because you're not going to go 'nope, it's not the best. I like it more than To Pimp a Butterfly but I already said Kenrick's was the best so tough **** for the rest of the records coming out this year.'

That's not what I said. At this very moment I have my AOTY. Of course it can change.

well if one doesn't listen to a single new album in that time then it would be.

All Hands by Doomtree

been in a hip-hop mood lately so im gonna try and find good 2015 stuff. only on track 2 but this seems like something I can fuck with. kinda hoping the singing stuff stops tho not really a fan of that part. if anyone wants to throw me some new hip hop recs thatd be swell (and yes iam aware new Kendrick leaked or whatever ill get to it at some point here)

All Hands got so much better after those first 2 songs. Gray Duck, Cabin Killer, The Bends, etc are all bangers my god. very good stuff will be on continuous rotation from here on out methinks.

still need to hear that Mispyrming album. ive heard good things but its sunny out which affects my black metal listening tendencies. which sucks since it seems like its going to be a killer year for the genre.

top 5 maybe

Normality Bias by Zacht Automaat
The Art Work by Liturgy
Scar Sighted by Leviathan
Moonlover by Ghost Bath <- this one seriously blew me away on first listen last night. i loved their album from last year but wow they made a better one less than a year later. insane.
Inside Life by Bruno Sanfilippo

could definitely see All Hands fit into that tho. i also feel like im missing something there but that's all the albums ive really enjoyed so far that i can think of off the top of my head..
