Laptop Folk (Various Artists)

A very interesting compilation of songs by various artists in the folk / post-rock genre. Definitely some great tracks on this.

It's glorious. My least favourite element of the show, all in one place for me to avoid.

Yeah, I never heard of this show.
This guy in NY thought I might be interested.
Why? I don't know 'cause, yeah, this is total crap.
Maybe I can do something creative with it.

Ho99o9's debut album. It's stellar.

They are a mix between punk rock and rap. But a good blend that sounds authentic to both genres unlike most rock rap that sounds goofy or inconsiderate like they just use rock rap as a gimmick rather than blend genres as somebody passionate about both. They got some songs that are full on punk, some that are full on rap, some that are a blend, and even two experimental avant garde type pieces.

Not as dark or weird or creepy as their usual ****. More rage and aggression put into as if it's a direct response to Trump. More politically driven which is good. Only complaint is how basic the politics is. They sound like every other half assed liberal teen in high school. Which is cool, I agree with the message just wish it was thought out a little better, or the message was delivered a little more cleverly. Good album though.

Lucem, you're right, it's silly to talk about what I would or wouldn't do IRL. Glad you brought it up. Maybe you should write an instrumental about it. I recommend a piano paired with a clarinet. With ambient sounds of you hanging from your shower curtain you ****ing failure.

Art Is Dead. Buy My ****.
