I'm actually quite excited by the thought of giving these two a spin later. Both sound really interesting from what I've heard.

Inspired by LP's recent acquisition:

Galactic - Crazyhorse Mongoose
This has been boxed up on my harddrive forever. I'm so glad I got to it today. Amazing New Orleans style Jazz-funk

Galactic - Coolin' Off

DL Incognito - Organic Music for a Digital World

Getting closer to ending my quest of finding every decent Canadian hip hop artist.

Tipper - The Critical Path

I liked this one more than Wobble Factor but not as much as I enjoyed Surrounded.

Sufjan Stevens-Enjoy Your Rabbit

Very interesting so far, definitely a departure from his previous album. Can't say if I like it or not yet.

Dog Fashion Disco - Adultery

A friend of mine found out that I had never even heard of this band, so he uploaded the album and sent it to me. Apparently this is the "shizz" in terms of avant-garde metal.

^It's kinda like System of a Down bred with Mr. Bungle. Neat stuff.

I haven't heard them but over the holidays, based on my love of Patton/Bungle, I was recommended an album by El Creepo which is apparently a solo project of Dog Fashion Disco's singer/writer. I think I heard a song but can't remember much, except it wasn't avant garde, sounded pretty mellow and acoustic.

I'd love to see your signature/links too, but the huge and obnoxious ones have caused me to block all signatures.
