I'm voting Yngwie. At least even the worst of the other stuff might have some kind of nostalgic value or something.

Eh, I like Yngwie, well not his music but I admire his chops and he seems like a fun guy to hang with. I don't think he's that much of a wanker, all it is is neo classical music on guitar. You don't think Stravinsky and Prokofiev are wankers do you?

Oh ok, Yngwie does NOT belong in the same category as those guys. But I don't think he's that bad, he's relatively tasteful as far as shredders go and I think people merely pick on him for being the most popular.

But believe me, there is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay worse. Behold.

For me, Yngwie qualifies as nostalgic. And I kinda like Cold Lake and some of the others.
I'd have to go with Kerplunk or Spaghetti Incident because I've always hated those. But for all the laughable music taste I've seen on MB, I probably would not actually laugh at anybody for liking any of these albums

Their only record I'd still put on and enjoy, maybe I'd enjoy Josha Tree as well. So I totally agree.

Dunno how Robbie Williams can be > Achtung Baby.

Highly Evolved has aged horribly, all the more embarassing considering it was only 8 years ago.

I wasn't too impressed by it to begin with so age hasn't affected it much in my view.

Yeah, same here really. Weren't The Vines along with The Strokes and Libertines meant to be the second coming of Christ?

They all had one or two decent albums and then faded away..

That's certainly true of the Strokes. I don't think the other bands even got as far as having one or two decent albums.
