Yeah, chilli peppers for me. They just sucked live, not the band, just the singer.

Although Metallica topped my disgust metre when they said at a melbourne Big Day Out "This is the best crowd ever" I mean, half the crowd were walking away, sure you could get away with that at your own concert, everybody loves you. But at an all day concert? Too blatant a lie for me.

My friend asked me to go to a Jimmy Eat World concert with her, as she had no one else to go with. I had never heard of them before, and my friend usually likes 'OK' music, so I didn't think it would be that bad... but oh my god it was awful. The place was full of twats and guys kept touching me and it wasn't very nice haha. And the band... SHIT.

I saw Dave Matthews Band live I think in 2000. I was about 11. A friend wanted me to go with her.
Longest ten minutes of my life. Then the booze started going around. But my god, the worst thing ever. I'd only heard few things by them and I didn't necessarily hate them, I just wouldn't willingly listen to them unless necessary.
And it's funny cause the girl that asked me to go was so upset and disappointed. I'll never let her live that down.

I saw Jack Johnson live it seems ages ago. I almost died. I left after the first three songs. I'm sorry. Live or on the radio, doesn't matter. I don't know what I ever saw in this guy. He did have this one song that I used to like though.

About two years ago I went to some show. It was the Distlliers, Garbage, and No Doubt. It was an amazing show, but the crowd was awful. I loved the performers but the crowd was half dead. They may as well have been giving a concert in a nursing home. This is what I get for going to a concert in Philly. (The crowd here usually suck.)

I'm a big fan of Christina Aguilera for reasons I can't understand. I saw her and Justine Timberlake live at a Justified/Stripped concert. It felt like I was in the twilight zone. Never ever will I see Justin Timberlake live again. he ruined it for me. That and the chic standing next to me wearing a Britney loves Justin T Shirt. Something about justin live doesn't do anything for me. I liked most of his music. it was tolerable but . . . I dunno. I could just sense that his heart wasn't in it.

Vans Warped Tour the year Hot Hot Heat was on the bill. Over the past few years, Vans has just gotten worse and worse. Vans '04 and after just sucked. no particular reason. And I'm not a big fan of Green Day's new stuff either so I was even super pissed when they took the stage and everyone (mostly anorexic wanna be Britney Spears look alikes) started singing songs from their latest crappiest album. . . And I have nothing against people that like Britney Spears, but sharing a mosh pit with them is like putting a member of the KKK in a cage with a bunch of black guys carrying AK-47s. What would you have done in my situation?
My sentiments exactly.

Yeah. .
That's about it.
Although I'm sure I've been to some other horrible shows. . .

Peace

Motorhead on the Bomber tour? This would have been circa 79/80. Are you sure you weren't drunk? I saw them in 1990 and they were fantastic and I'm seeing them again in June.

Lemmy is always out of it. The secret is to be on the same wavelength. They are a Rock N Roll band and you have to have some fun. Granted they may have been below par that night but I definitely ascribe to the in it to win it mentality I.E if you are sober and watching a Rock band then you can't get into the vibe but if you are a little inebriated then it helps with bands like this.

You shouldn't have to be completely out of it to watch bands like this but then it's not like watching Pink Floyd at £40 a ticket. You are watching a Rock N Roll Band who are probably more pissed than you are!

Best ones I've ever been to are Saliva and Senses Fail. Worst ones I've ever been to are Saliva and Senses Fail

Yeah, those are the only two concerts I've ever been to.
