Music Questions (alternative, cd, myspace, quote, bands)

Same principle as the thread in the lounge. Any band, musician inquiries or whatever, ask here.

Firstly, I want to know if anyones familiar with Skin Yard? Any good?

Also, the band Hor, a band including Black Flags Greg Ginn. I've seen a cd of theirs going cheap and want to know if they're worth the time. I figured since Greg Ginn was a massive part of Black Flag it could be good, but wanted to check first.

This is going to get me nailed to the wall I can already tell but anyway, here goes:

So I found this band via MySpace (shut up) called Roman Candle and their song "Something Left to Say" I think is actually pretty good. I don't know if anyone else is familiar but if so, please give me your insight.

Anything Greg Ginn did after Black Flag is touch and go at best, I seen that too and considered getting it since I like Black Flag but never heard of this project in great depth. Look into it.

Oh Hiu, don't know if you've seen it but theres a J Mascis album going for 5 on Trademe.
