Sent out the Fight Off Your Demon demos, keep in mind the reason its kind of sketchy sounding in parts is because they aren't finished these are leaked, and unmastered and this isn't even the full album also. However, I thought it was really good in parts so I decided to do it.

I don't really care for some of the tracks, but it really has its moments. Track 9, 2, 7, & 4 are my favorites. 5 and 6 are alright, the rest are kind of below average. Lyrically they're good, but they're just kind of weak. I still listen to them when i'm in the right mood though.

I think, musically this album is really good. They've come such a long way since your favorite weapon, the only thing I don't care for is that bass line in number 4, the intro part. It just kind of sounds a bit dumb, like I think it should've been a bit more mellow. But, Lacey is quickly becoming one of my favorite lyrics alot of those lines/verses are genius that whole Van Gogh bit in Track 2 is awesome. He also kind of reminds me of Morrissey (vocally) in parts.

Oh, & last time I think I may have missed some of you...if I did PM me or post in here. And cardboard s'fine if you don't listen to every single one, that goes for like everyone, but if you do listen to it, post what you think of it. Even if we're already doing a different album.

Maybe? Just talk to MBers you'd think would be interested.

Upping next album, Desaparecidos "Read Music / Speak Spanish"

Alot of people have probaly already heard this album, but maybe some havn't. This is kind of like, a political-indie-rock album. Its very good, i've always loved conors voice & it sounds great. The lyrics, are some of my favorite, great album.

And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that.

Fight of your demons:

The first time I listened to it as background music, it's great for that. Sets a nice mood. I'm listening to it intesely now... This is what came out:

Track one bores me. Especially the way the singer uses his voice. All moany and ''hurt''. He does that in every song btw.
Track two is better, I like these lyrics! But the guitar solo is too hollow, and the outro takes too long.
Track three has nice lyrics, but the way they played (and especially sung) it sucks big time! They should have had a nice soft whispery voice, and have the guitars play less ''strong''.
Track four, unlike crowquill, I like the intro, and actually everything about this song. You can hear the singer is getting excited in some parts, I like that! Again, I think the outro is too long...
Track 5, Nice and bouncy, like it. And it ends really strong, reminds me of Muse, but less good. xD
Track 6, like we haven't heard this kind of intro before, it sounds like an Oasis song... -skip-
Track 7, it's ok.
Track 8, they should have used a different microphone, it sounds really amateuristic! Maybe when they record it for real... But for now... Yech! Skip!
Track 9, I like this one! Catchy.

I quite liked it, very different from what that Bright Eyes guy ussually does. My bro teased me though because he loves Bright Eyes and I continuously bag him because it's just simpling rivallry. Anyways, t'was a great album loved it 8/10

And about Desparecidos, quite likeable! Not a lot more to say about that one for now.
