I saw the Taste of Chaos Tour, also. That **** was hardcore. There wasn't one thing I didn't like about it.

He might not be very flashy or anything, but his music sounds great. To me, anyway.

Less Than Jake- 4
New Found Glory- 2
Yellowcard- 3
My Chemical Romance- 6
All American Rejects- 4
Fall Out Boy- 2

My taste has changed a bit

NOfx- 6
Sonic Youth- 7
Wu-Tang Clan- 8
Battles- 7
Explosions in the sky- 6
The Black Lips (2)- 9 and then 4
Queens Of The Stone Age- 8
The Go Team (2)- 4 and then 7
Black Keys- 8
Raconteurs- 9
Saul Williams- 8
Girl Talk- 9
Lupe Fiasco- 6
Rage Against The Machines- 8
Radiohead- 7
Gnarls Barkley- 6
Kanye West- 7

since im only 14 this isn't a bad list of bands so far.

Im jealous. I have always wanted to see them. Apparently they do crazy **** on stage.

edit: Most of the really good concerts i go to are not well known bands at all. I think that is because you get closer to the stage, less corporately put together, people are kinder, and band members usually are more friendly. Of coarse not to say the bigger guys dont put on great shows.

i assume you mean zilker park from acl? hyde park is relatively small and is a neighborhood in north austin... probably where you were staying. as much as i respect the foo fighters, its not really something i find myself listening to anymore these days. i heard they did put on a really good energetic show though, which is always good news. i was only able to make it on saturday this year, beck was good but lacked the enthusiasm that would have made it great.
