I've seen them perform live & can confirm this.

And the best album The Stones have released since Exile is Blue & Lonesome. Even though it's a covers album and there are no Stones originals on it, every song is solid all the way through from start to finish.

The Stones knew there's more to life than being a bit raw and raucous

If that took their place, you'd have to like the Rolling Stones.

Zeppelin tried giving them a kick in the arse. Their 73 album Silk Torpedo was the first UK release on Zep's new record label Swan Song.

The Stones are generally hit or miss for me. Honestly my favorite tracks of theirs are usually the least Stones-y ones, like the Satanic Majesties album. I also adore "Fingerprint File" and kinda wish they did more of that kind of sleazy funk rock.

Let's play the Zep game! Every time Chula shoehorns in a reference, take a drink!
