As for the Dylan one... I can hear it. I can't explain it, but it does somehow make sense.
The Dylan one came across as a collaboration dating back to around 1992, and it's been reported that Simmons called Dylan over and in quick time formed the basis of the song. It's mainly one of those things superstars do in their later years, and sometimes things just happen like that.

Here's the page for the info. Look in 1992.

Kiss Related Recordings; Gene Simmons ; various unreleased (demo)tracks

I guess I'm partially attached to it from watching the show Life Goes On when I was younger.
"Wild Honey Pie" perhaps? I can see that being the one. Other than that, there's even "Martha My Dear" (Paul writing a cheesy song for his Sheepdog!) as well as the regular "Honey Pie." Despite having some of Paul's best rockers, The Beatles/While Album does have some strong cases for those who have some heavy criticisms about Paul. Still, note for note, I just listen to the whole thing anyways (On vinyl...on bad days, I just skip "Martha..." which starts off Side Two and play on).

SGT Pepper, now there's a good album James!
How you could put Rubber Soul before the White Album baffles me. Rubber Soul is total crap. Agreed on SGT Pepper though.

Okay, fine. Rubber Soul is crap compared to the White Album but its pretty alright and if the White Album didn't exist, I'd be impressed by it or whatever.

But I think Revolver absolutely sucks and I'm not changing that opinion for anyone.

I will side with you on that. Normally, Rubber Soul is put as the first Beatles album to introduce the best chapters in their music, and a major improvement over Beatles for Sale and Help (although they are also both very good). It may not be as powerful as Revolver, but a sharp album anyways. Still, to each his own.

I love Help a lot, Rubber Soul is like Help mixed with a bit of Revolver. I love that bubblegum-psychedelic hybrid .

It has so many shite songs, but for every shite song you have a 'Happiness is a Warm Gum'. But meh, 4th or 5th best for me.

I think their best period was between 65 and 67.
