I'd say anything by pink floyd, but if i had to choose one...

to go to sleep i need something that isnt going to make me think... ambient music works best. Biosphere, Bohren & Der club of Gore, Triosk, Mono & WEG, Growing..

I sometimes listen to Sonic Youth.

Something like Expressway to Yr. Skull or Star Power.

But the 2nd half of Screamadelica works too.
