They play originals (soooo goooood) and sometimes covers. It's like the secret of College street, but those who know it love it, and if you go multiple times, you'll see the same regulars. The closest intersection is College and Bathurst, right in front of Sushi Island. You have to go upstairs, so its really just a door leading to a club-space. Get the Guiness on tap, if you like Guiness, of-course. I do, and its the icing on the cake : P If you want to go some night let me know. I haven't been in some time. |

Toledo-Cleveland has nothing but a bunch of sh*tty hardcore bands... and no one good ever comes to Cleveland.

Our town's music scene is the local pub where oldies cover bands come and do their thing.

The scene where i'm from originally pretty much consists of a myriad of metalcore bands clinging onto the tails of BMTH, with perhaps one good band who draw upon mostly spazzcore influences. They all play at the Peel, which in the past has hosted the Fall of Troy and Fear Before... not bad for a local venue.
Theres a club called new slang which drags in some pretty big indie-pop, only last week i was down to see the Futureheads play there, which for Kingston is ****ing huge. My favourite is a small pub called the Fighting ****s which has a backroom used as a venue. Bands such as Hot Cross, Trencher, Converge and With Scissors have in the past played there and the atmosphere is incredible, no more than a 200 capacity if that. |

Hmmm...suburban central/east Massachusetts, a bunch of Rage cover bands and sh*tty instrumental acts. Boston has some good hardcore though?
