Try simpler search terms like "local" and not something so specific. ;) But thanks for searching first!

I was pretty sure there would be a thread, which was why I was surprised. But still, "local bands" is not that specific really. What if, after all, someone had started a thread about local anaesthetics? (Yeah I know it's spelled wrong; can't be bothered to check. It's late) or local government? Or local hero?

Actually, even "local" doesn't bring up anything. Searching sucks.

OK, I must admit I have no faith in the in-house search and so did what everyone says to do, which is use Google. These were my results for both "local" and "local band"...

In my experience, customizable in-house search is always better than Google - here and on other forums I'm on. Anyway, back to local music!
