I voted for The Melvins, though it was a hard choice. I almost voted for Blind Guardian then thought about it and must say Melvins had a bigger all around influence on my tastes and offers a more varied sound.

Blind Guardian and The Melvins > Sigur Ros.

Not saying Sigur Ros is bad, however I typically reserve listening for those chill moments. I find for every day whatever mood listening I'm more of a Blind Guardian guy. I can nerd it up pretty well. On the other hand The Melvins are great for when I'm tense...as of late I need something like The Melvins.
