Damon for sure. all noel has managed to do recently is bring out stuff that sounds too much the same as some of the other oasis stuff and bag out other bands

would anyone actually accept it if Noel did do something different though?

The only problem I have with their new stuff is that it's total ****.

They must also be pissed off that they just went downhill since their debut.

I would have to say Damon Albarn emphatically.

Oasis have produced some cracking tunes but have become a bit predictable and boring. Damon Albarn draws inspiration from different genres of music and each album he has released(colaborative or solo) has been original and challenging.

Damon Albarn. Gallagher has quite a decent voice, but his music is still the same as it was in 1994. Albarn correctly is not the all white working class hero, but he is a better musician.

Noel Gallagher trying to explain his love for the Smiths,

"even he isn't as good as he is" classic!

I prefer Oasis as a band and Noel Gallagher's a talented man but he doesn't like to take any risks. Damon Albarn's got a lot going on and I genuinely believe that he's still got enough ideas to keep him going for at least another 10 years.
