I don't like covers much. Nothing can beat the original verison is how I see it.

I prefer the Jeff Buckley version of Hallelujah to Leonard Cohen's original.

I would bet that you would change that view eventually. Yes many covers are crap and are just trying to cash in on a good older song, but there are obviously good ones out there too in some cases better than the original.
