Default Radio Citizen - Berlin Serengeti

This is quickly becoming one of the best albums I have heard in a long long time.
Wouldn't have a clue how to describe it but then I saw this..

“Encompassing future funk, old soul, new jazz and dreamy dub into their well-rounded sound… the lovechild of Morcheeba and Portishead.”

And that seems to cover it pretty well although there are loads of other infulences in there such as reggae , post rock , electronica even african tribal music and all sorts of other things.
The Jazz & Funk elements give it real character and make it sound much more organic & rootsy than most of the stuff you'll find like this. It's one of those albums where you listen to one song and you have no idea whats coming next.

You'll find it uploaded here..

Most people sell their soul to the devil, but the devil sells his soul to Nick Cave.
