Nah boys, you have a troll on your side too. Now, how about those big heavy rocks behind us (good analogy, huh?) --- they'll make a good weapon. Stand back, they're comin'!!!

Stand guard! They may have their opinion, but we have our dignity, and our ears, obviously!

How about not liking Thom Yorke's horrendous voice that sounds like a cat being forced to gargle with rocks.
You can pick any Radiohead song at random and it would still sound better than anything the overrated Madonna and Latoya (or Janet) Jackson has ever done.

Fully agree. Thom Yorke is underrated in fact.

uh, no

i don't think Radiohead or Thom Yorke can beat Madonna's "Bedtime Stories" or "Ray of Light"

In your opinion. I think Madonna is the greatest pop star of all time. I'd rather listen to Live to Tell over and over and over and over until the record is white than listen to anything with Thom Yorke on it.

And you let me know when Radiohead does anything close to Rhythm Nation 1814.

Anthony DeCurtis, author of Present Tense: Rock & Roll and Culture (1992) wrote that through her lyrics and image, "its clear Jackson wants to present herself as a professional, as the creative intellect behind a product that has as one of its aims the betterment of black people and the creation of role models for black women."[72] In Reflecting Black: African-American Cultural Criticism (1993), author Michael Eric Dyson argues that the album's utilization of rap music, as not only a form of self-expression, but as a means of protesting voids in society created by social injustice was a "crucial" effort, adding that "Janet Jackson says it herself ... she wanted to get to the people who weren't socially conscious, who wanted to party and dance."[73] Rickey Vincent author of Funk: The Music, The People, and The Rhythm of The One (1996) comments: "Her 1989 Rhythm Nation album was the boldest and most successful pop attempt to combine social commentary, celebration, and state-of-the-art dance funk since her brother Michael's efforts to be Bad."[74]
One of the most important pop records ever written.

Kind of like how the apparent majority of mainstream listeners consider OK Computer to be one of the most important records ever written?
