Agree about The Alkaholiks, very rarely hear anything about them and they are great.

I check their website regularly for updates and nothing new since Tash's solo album a few years ago. :-/

I honestly never gave most of those bands a chance, but good god hed(pe) is total trash.

Overrated: I see a lot of people listing off the Beatles it seems. Honestly, I would have to agree. While I do entirely enjoy their music they dont strike me as being the god like geniuses that a lot of people tend to portray them as.

Underrated: In my opinion The Tragically Hip. My all time favorite band so of course I will think they are underrated I suppose. In Canada they have gotten huge widespread success but it strangles out at the border. Many of my American friends hadnt even heard of them which blew my mind. You cant listen to the radio here for a day without hearing The Hip several times.

I've always thought The Beatles are overrated, ever since the first time I've heard them. Fans just tend to be completely defensive or take it personally, and not just here.
